Thomas is thrilled now to dress himself and pick and choose what he wears. What he picks out is usually okay, but today he really wanted to wear these swim trunks with a striped shirt. He wore a striped t-shirt in the morning but deemed it to be "too sweaty" after his nap so he changed into this one. When I told him it was backwards and might be more comfortable turned around, he disagreed. He said it was good the way it was. So what's a mom to do? I smiled, shrugged and off to Costco we went, backwards shirt and all... I'm picking my battles and a backwards shirt just isn't that important.
