I was busy in the kitchen yesterday afternoon but keeping an ear out for Thomas as he ran around the house playing. After what must have been 15 minutes of quiet, I went looking and found him in the spare room reading a book quietly by himself. Sometimes he's so serious!

Yes, quiet time from a toddler can make a mother nervous! What a sweetie just sitting there reading a book. They always manage to melt your heart.
