Thomas uses this bookshelf in his bedroom to keep his special things. I don't know exactly what constitutes a special thing, but these are things he treasures for whatever reason. I love looking at these shelves from time to time and watching him add things to the collection. Most of the items are things he's received in the past year, from school. His teacher has a treasure box and the kids earn opportunities to pick something for themselves. He sure loves rewards.
