We have actually seen a few drops of rain this week. Today when the drops began we grabbed the umbrellas and went outside to enjoy the sounds, smell and feel of the cool drops. We didn't get much (see photo above) and it certainly wasn't measurable, but the kids both enjoyed it. After the cloud had passed they grabbed their folding chairs and parked themselves in the driveway waiting for the next bit of rain to come their way. It never did.
