This morning I ran the Carlsbad Half Marathon. Mike brought the kids out to cheer on the runners and to see me race. Although I've run 10 of these half marathon events, they are still a challenge. Seeing all three of their smiling faces at mile 11 of this 13.1 race was awesome. It was just the pick-me-up this mama needed. Sunday, January 24
